Terms in Coal Trading

1. Pit price: It is the price of delivery in the place of coal production.
2. Tax-included car plate price: refers to the delivery price in the train carriage, including the value-added tax.
3. Tax-free car plate price: refers to the price of delivery on railcars, excluding VAT, that is to say, no 13% tax on coal prices.
4. Site price: refers to the price of delivery on a stacking site, which generally does not include taxes.
5. Ship price: refers to the delivery price of the coal loaded on the ship without being leveled (not including this fee).
6. Closing price: It refers to the loading of coal on a ship. After being leveled, it includes the ex-factory price of this fee.
7. Tax-inclusive price and tax-free price: It means that the price does not include VAT (13%), for example, the tax-free price is 100, and the tax-included price is 113.
8. Tax-inclusive lump sum price and tax-free lump sum price mean that the price for transporting coal to a user-specified location is generally transported by train, ship, or automobile. Including tax and not including tax means that the user needs no invoice. If the invoice is required, it is based on coal price and freight, plus tax.
9. Base price of tax-included car plate: (same as tax-included car plate price), excluding the price of train freight.
10. Arrival price: the same as tax-inclusive lump sum price, not including tax package dry price.
