The main purpose is to cut the entire sheet metallurgy or rolled into strips of different widths required by the user.
Our company processes φ 250mm×φ 160mm×5mm high-precision disc inserts for customers. The disc inserts require high precision, thickness tolerance ±0.001mm and parallelism ≤0.002mm. After the disc blade is heat-treated, the horizontal shaft M7340 round table grinder is used. The common problem in the processing is the parallelism is poor, because the thickness of the disc blade is thin. Since the disc blade will be deformed during the heat treatment process, after the disc insert is processed, it is measured by the indicator micrometer, and the thickness (5±0.001) mm can meet the requirements, but the parallelism is detected by the stopwatch on the flat plate, and the parallelism is out of tolerance. , can not meet the design requirements.
After analysis, the reason for the parallelism is that the disc is deformed during the heat treatment due to the thin thickness of the disc blade. During the processing, the disc insert is fixed by the electromagnetic attraction of the work surface, and the weak magnetic disc is used. The blade has insufficient fixing force, and the disc blade is processed by strong magnetic attraction. After the completion, the electromagnetic suction force is removed, and the deformation is rebounded. To eliminate the deformation problem of the disc cutter, the key is how to reduce the electromagnetic suction force.
We use the tooling shown in the drawing, the tooling design is: the lower end φ 20mm small circle is matched with the center positioning hole of the machine tool table surface, and the large outer circle is determined according to the outer diameter of the disk blade 250mm, and the outer step of the upper step is pressed by the disk cutter. The hole diameter is determined by the size of 160 mm, and the end face is made of φ 4 mm pin, and the center distance is the inner diameter of the disk cutter φ 160 mm. After the disc blade is heat-treated, the rough machining is performed first. After the rough machining, the inner hole is processed, the R2mm process slot is electrically processed, and the disc cutter is coupled with the tooling by the pin for processing. The tooling adopts cast iron material, and the magnetic permeability is poor. The disc cutter is fixed on the tooling by the pin, so that the disc cutter is solved by the electromagnetic suction deformation problem.
Clamping the tooling to the workbench, first repairing the tooling, ensuring that the tooling is parallel to the work surface, placing the disc blade on the tooling, using the weak magnetic adsorption tooling, because the tooling and the work surface contact area is large, and the tooling itself is also compared. Heavy, with weak magnetic fully meet the processing requirements. Due to the weak magnetic force, the disc blade is subjected to little electromagnetic force and does not deform, so that the size and shape tolerance of the processed disc blade can meet the requirements.
The precision of the disc insert is high. After heat treatment, it needs to be divided into coarse grinding, semi-finishing and fine grinding. In each process, qualitative treatment is needed to eliminate the internal stress. During the processing, it must be turned over repeatedly. At the same time, the feed rate cannot be large.
