Scientists newly developed the first activity to receive sunlight - bonsai robot
According to the British Daily Mail, at present, scientists have newly developed the first “bonsai robot†that receives sunlight and ensures that robots can carry bonsai indoors and move along the direction of sunlight.
Bonsai robots are also called “faunaborg†and when the plants are in a dehydrated state, they will remind the owner that they need watering. American Rutgers University artists and engineers conducted a two-year "IndaPlant" project to develop robotic devices that track sunlight and water.
Bonsai flowers are placed on top of this robot. Scientists call this a "three-wheeled robot platform." Using a light sensor, the robot can independently move indoors along the sun, while it can avoid obstacles while moving.
The bonsai robot is connected to the humidity sensor. When the humidity of the plant is lower than a certain index, the prompt will tell the plant owner that it needs to be watered. It can also move in the direction of the sun, using solar energy to charge the engine. (long)
