According to the firefighters of the Baimiaozi squadron of the Chengde City Fire Fighting Team participating in the rescue, they arrived at the scene and were informed by on-site investigations and inquiries that the shaft of the accident was 2 meters in diameter and about 3 meters deep, accompanied by a characteristic smell of biogas. The on-site people told rescue workers that two on-site maintenance personnel were trapped underground. Since no protective measures had been taken to enter the shaft operation, resulting in biogas poisoning, one trapped person was in a coma and the other was trapped. When I went to save workers, I was trapped in the well and my consciousness was blurred. The situation was urgency. According to the situation on the spot, rescue workers quickly started rescue operations and ordered the rescue team to bring along air respirator to ensure the safety of officers and soldiers while using the rescue tripod to enter the shaft to save people.

Rescuers told reporters that the shaft was dark and humid and the space was very narrow. Firefighters could only cling to trapped persons in the mud and lay a knot and use a tripod to pull the ground. Due to the fear that the coma trapped person was bruised during the ascent, he still needs to straighten his head. Biogas poisoning

2. Put small animals (chickens, ducks, cats, etc.) into the pool and observe for 15-30 minutes. If the animals are normal, they can go to the pool.

3. Rescuers should wear a safety rope under the arm before going into the pool. There should be special care outside the pool. Hold the breath after entering the pool and rescue people from the pool as soon as possible. The lower pool personnel should not feel discomfort. The nursing staff outside the pool should immediately pull it up. Out, rest in a cool place with ventilation.
