If the small plate is qualified and the large and medium plates are still out of tolerance, the weight of B 铊 and C 应 should be increased appropriately until the test is qualified.
The second case: first check whether the force measuring piston is installed correctly, and whether the friction force is too large. After eliminating this cause, the push plate is adjusted to the outside, and the small plate is adjusted. If the large and medium plates are still out of tolerance, The weight of Bé“Š and Cé“Š should be appropriately reduced until the test is qualified.
The third case: the angle of the contact surface between the push plate and the tooth head should be changed at this time. The contact surface is usually fixed on the surface of the push plate by a flat piece of steel with two upper and lower screws. The adjustment method is to loosen the two screws. Open, use copper or other thin metal sheet on the upper side or the lower side between the steel sheet and the push plate (only on one side), in order to change the angle, repeatedly check and adjust until qualified.
