(3) There are many damages in the rolling bearing raceway. On the spectrogram, the peak value of the bearing fault characteristic frequency is not much different from the peak value of the multiplication frequency, and it shows a decreasing trend.
(4) The inner ring raceway of the rolling bearing is faulty. On the spectrogram, the characteristic frequency of the inner ring fault and the frequency band of the frequency-modulated modulation appear on both sides of the multiplier. In the case of the outer ring raceway failure, the sidebands are not substantially present on both the outer ring fault characteristic frequency and the double frequency.
(5) Equipment fault diagnosis is very complicated. Based on a deep understanding of the equipment and the on-site environment, a more scientific and accurate conclusion can be drawn. For example, in the case of the pump non-drive end bearing, the bearing was found to have failed during the inspection in July. The monitoring data in August showed that the degree of failure increased, but the vibration speed value did not increase significantly, combined with the equipment structure and the site. The situation analysis is because the lubrication method of the non-drive end bearing of the pump is medium lubrication, that is, the bearing is completely immersed in the conveying medium. In the process of bearing damage, the lubrication of the hot oil plays a role in relieving the bearing failure, and the metal generated by the bearing peeling off The chips were taken away by the hot oil, and there was no secondary "damage" to the bearing, so it was because of the particularity of its structure that the speed value of the pump bearing did not increase significantly. If the monitoring analyst does not understand the equipment structure and the site environment, it is likely to make a wrong judgment, resulting in adverse consequences.
