Driverless cars first piloted on British roads

According to reports, the driverless car was first piloted on the British road since the 11th.

According to reports, the two-seater car developed by Oxford University start-up company Oxbotica will be piloted in Milton Keynes, a new town in Buckinghamshire, England. The participating departments hope to pilot the important information on how driverless technology interacts with pedestrians and other road users.

The test unit conducted several drills in Milton Keynes, including mapping the Milton Keynes, 70 kilometers north of London, and planning a safety plan with the local government. In addition to Milton Keynes, the UK has selected two locations for driverless pilots. The reason for these locations is the wide road surface and the bicycle lane.

British Business Secretary Clarke said: "The first public trial of driverless cars in our city is epoch-making today. The global market for autonomous vehicles brings huge opportunities to our automotive and technology companies, unmanned technology and software. Research also has a much larger application prospect than autonomous vehicles."

In addition to the driverless cars developed by Oxbotica, British car companies Jaguar, Land Rover and Ford also participated in the driverless car program.
