A: Complete submersible pump equipment includes: submersible pumps, submersible motors, control cabinets, power cables, transformers and power supply lines. Submersible pumps and submersible motors are the main equipment. The control cabinet is used for the operation, control and protection of submersible pumps. The transformer is the power supply for submersible motors. Electrical energy is transmitted from the transformer through the power supply line to the control cabinet; it is then sent from the control cabinet to the motor by the power cable. There are many types of submersible pumps, but the parts of the pumps are basically the same, all of them are centrifugal pumps. The submersible motors are different, and there are many types of submersible motors. Submersible motors are divided into dry and wet categories.
1. Dry-type submersible motors Dry-type submersible motors are the same as ordinary motors. The inside of the motor is dry and full of air. Stator windings and insulation structures are also the same as those of ordinary motors, but require a certain degree of water resistance. The insulation life of the motor depends on the water seal structure of the motor.
2. Wet submersible motor motors are filled with liquids such as oil and water. Therefore, the wet submersible motor is divided into two types: oil-filled and water-filled.
(1) The interior of the oil-filled submersible motor motor is filled with insulating oil, such as transformer oil. Stator windings and insulation structures have oil resistance and also have a certain degree of water resistance. The insulation life depends on the water seal structure of the motor.
(2) Water filled submersible motor The motor is filled with clean water. Stator windings and insulation structures have absolute water resistance. The insulation life depends on the insulation of the winding and the manufacturing process.
Dry submersible motors and oil-filled submersible motors are complex in structure and require sealing. Therefore, they are only suitable for small and medium-capacity motors. The pump head is low and the displacement is relatively small.
Water-filled submersible motors have the following advantages over dry, oil-filled submersible motors:
1) The structure is simple, reliable and easy to maintain.
2) A wide range of motor power, pump Yang Cheng and displacement.
3) The motor is resistant to water and there is no need to worry about water entering the motor interior and damaging the windings and insulation structure. Even under abnormal conditions, the water inside the motor leaks into the well and it will not pollute the water quality; it will not harm human health and crops, and the application will not be restricted.
Dry and oil-filled submersible motors have higher requirements for water seals. Once the water seal fails, water enters the interior of the motor and the winding insulation is destroyed and the motor cannot be used. If the oil of the oil-filled motor leaks into the well, it will pollute the water, people will not be able to drink it, and it will not be used to irrigate crops. The use of oil-filled motors is subject to certain restrictions.
