(4) After the concrete is dry, check the base and anchor bolts for looseness and other phenomena. Tighten the anchor bolts after the test is tightened and check the pump level again. (5) Connect the pipeline and determine the direction of rotation of the prime mover, then connect the coupling, and then check the roundness of the coaxiality again, the final test after the actual commissioning of the unit 3 to 4 hours, if there is no bad Phenomenon that the installation of qualified. Heat pump inspection content: Minor repair 1) Check and adjust the bearings, and check the impeller concentricity. 2) Check and adjust the anchor bolt loose phenomenon. 3) repair or replacement in the operation of individual parts have been defective. 4) Check the leakage, heavy packing or check the seal, the packing seal can replace all the filler. Overhaul 1) Disassemble the pump and take out the rotor and all the parts, clean it, correct the concentricity of the pump shaft and the motor shaft, allow the deviation on the circle of the coupling to allow less than 0.1mm, the clearance between the two coupling planes should be Guarantee 2 to 3 millimeters, in the two coupling end face, the maximum and minimum gap difference shall not exceed 0.3 mm. 2) Check the condition of all the parts in the pump, measure the wear and corrosion, and replace the parts if necessary. 3) Assemble with a level gauge, and adjust the pump level, check and adjust the coaxiality of the coupling. 4) Check ball bearings, if necessary, should be replaced. 5) Clean the pump lines, pipe fittings, re-packing, check the pressure gauge and replace the grease.
