1. Explosion-proof positive pressure cabinet is equipped with ventilation chain. Before the product is put into operation, only after the internal cavity of the main plate is ventilated, and after the specified ventilation time and ventilation volume are achieved, the inside of the main plate is purged of inflammable and explosive gases. The secondary tray can receive electricity and start to measure the pressure of the main chamber to ensure that the electrical components are effectively isolated by the clean medium when the product is put into operation.

2. The explosion-proof positive pressure cabinet will only send power to the main chamber when the pressure in the internal disk of the main disk meets the specified air pressure requirements.

3. The working pressure of the inner chamber of the explosion-proof positive pressure cabinet is 100Pa≤P≤1000Pa.

When the air pressure is higher than 1000Pa, the automatic control system automatically closes the intake air or opens the exhaust valve and automatically adjusts the internal pressure to ensure that the product is not damaged by the high pressure.

When the pressure is lower than 100Pa, the automatic control system will automatically alarm and open the intake air to automatically adjust the internal replenishment. When the replenishment is successful, it will automatically return to normal. It will be unsuccessful and the internal pressure will drop to 60Pa. If necessary, the system can be set to automatically power off.

4. The explosion-proof positive pressure cabinet sub-disk automatic control system continuously monitors continuously and displays the pressure parameters of the main disk cavity.
