At present, the problems of companies importing recycled plastic pellets are as follows:
1. Enterprises have false reports and reported imported products. Some enterprises report high-value products such as pa, pc, etc. as low-value products such as pvc, or contain broken or waste plastics in imported recycled granules. The edge ball was detected by the customs, so the customs inspection of recycled particles is becoming more and more strict.

To this end, China Waste Plastics Association organizes communication with relevant departments such as environmental protection and customs, and proposes a “three unified†supervision method, so that most of the plastic recycled pellets are regulated according to general raw materials and are not managed according to solid waste.
Subsequently, the Supervision Department of the General Administration of Customs sent urgent documents to the Guangdong Branch and the respective customs offices to further clarify the import of recycled plastic pellets.
The recycled plastic pellets of the primary form processed from waste plastics may not conform to the solid if the imported batches of the same batch are of the same color, uniform particle size and shape, consistent packaging, and meet the relevant specifications and standards of plastic materials or products. Waste supervision.
If the recycled plastic particles are suspected of solid waste during the supervision process, they should be identified according to the nature of the solid waste.
In practice, care should be taken to avoid:
1. If two kinds of products with different particle sizes are installed in one bag, or products with different particle sizes and color differences are mixed together in the production process, the customs will be in the preliminary inspection because the products do not meet the "three consistency". It is classified as “suspected solid waste†and sent to the Solid Waste Identification Center for inspection, although the product itself is not solid waste.
2. It is a common product, but it does not understand the "three consistency" and causes economic and time loss.
3. If the company encounters imported recycled particles that are identified as “suspected solid wasteâ€, the association can write a complaint letter to help the company prove that the recycled particles are not solid waste.
