Recently, the Chemical Industry Department of Sinopec Organization Headquarters and related enterprise experts held the appraisal meeting of the project “Development of 200,000 standard coal-to-hydrogen special heat exchangers†in Maoming Petrochemical. The project “Development of 200,000 standard coal-to-hydrogen special heat exchangers†is a major equipment localization project of China Petrochemical Materials and Equipment Department, and is a major equipment localization project led by Maoming Petrochemical. The converter furnace intake heater/medium pressure steam superheater developed for the company's 200,000 standard coal-to-hydrogen production unit was put into industrial application in January 2014 and is an extra-large heat exchange equipment. In order to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment, Maoming Petrochemical carried out special research, explored the initial operation problems of new equipment, smoothly passed the new equipment running-in period, and also strengthened the daily inspection and maintenance of heat exchangers and optimized the heat exchanger optimization network. Strive to achieve optimal operation of the heat exchanger. Up to now, the heat exchanger has been operating stably for 62 months and is in good operating condition.
