Pinglu District Hutoushan Phase II 33× 1.5MW wind turbines are connected to the grid for power generation. The total dynamic investment of Gaojiabao Electric Power Phase III 33×1.5MW wind turbine units was 40.25 million yuan. It was put into production on December 15, 2012; the total investment of 33×1.5MW wind turbine units in Hutoushan Phase II of Pinglu District was 39.524 million.
