Spiral deep hole broach

The hole broaching process is rarely used when machining a large hole with a large residual angle because the minimum diameter of the broach cannot meet the strength requirement. Drilling-reaming-reaming or boring is generally used. The biggest disadvantage of this kind of processing technology in mass production is that the product quality is unstable and the economic benefit is low. For example, the φ22.3_0~(+0.028)mm hole of the motorcycle throttle controller (Fig. 1) is processed, and the product qualification rate is 86%.
