Aluminum electrolytic TAP precision control technology development and application project was appraised

Recently, the China Non-Ferrous Metals Industry Association held a meeting in Guiyang to identify the results of the "Aluminium Electrolytic TAP Precision Control Technology Development and Application" project completed by China Aluminum Corporation Guizhou Branch. The appraisal committee carefully listened to the research report of the research group and conducted an on-site examination. After questioning and discussion, experts believe that the project has successfully developed an aluminum electrolytic TAP (aluminum) precision control system. The main innovations are as follows: (1) Apply the flow rate time-sharing fuzzy algorithm and establish the "emission aluminum measurement mathematical model". Achieve automatic control of aluminum output, accuracy 0.2%. (2) By using a series of software and hardware anti-jamming technologies such as high-gain wireless data transmission radios, the effect of the strong magnetic field at the electrolytic aluminum production site on the operational reliability of the system is effectively solved, and efficient and accurate data transmission is achieved.

The successful development and application of the project enabled the monitoring and real-time transmission of the aluminum output from the electrolysis plant. It is possible to understand the changes in the hearth of the electrolysis cell and provide conditions for the balanced and stable production of the aluminum electrolysis cell. The successful development of the project has filled the gaps in the domestic market. The aluminum technology of the multi-functional overhead crane has reached the international advanced level.
