1. The bearing is subjected to impact force and alternating load, which is easy to cause fatigue peeling on the surface of the raceway and the rolling element. Repeated changes in contact stress on the surface of the rolling element may also cause metal fatigue, pitting and fine peeling on the surface of the rolling element. The peeling starts very small, then there will be dents and gradually enlarge, showing a large area of ​​flakes.
2. The axial fit of the inner and outer rings of the bearing is not perpendicular, the shaft is bent, and the shaft hole is not concentric. As a result, the inner and outer rings of the bearing are installed obliquely, so that the local raceway of the bearing is subjected to excessive load and the metal is peeled off.
3. The bearing clearance is adjusted too tightly.
4. The inner ring of the bearing and the shaft or outer ring and the mating surface of the seat hole fall into the iron filings or hard foreign matter, causing the bearing to be deformed when the bearing is installed, so that the bearing raceway is partially overloaded and the metal is peeled off.
5. The journal and seat hole that cooperate with the bearing are seriously deformed, causing the partial load of the raceway of the ferrule to be excessively heavy and causing fatigue peeling. For example, the angular contact ball bearing often peels off at two parts of the ferrule.
6. Improper bearing selection, the selected replacement bearing or replacement bearing is not enough to bear the load.
