Control tea pesticide residues to improve tea quality

Tea is a traditional drink of the people of our country. Among the world's three major beverages (tea, coffee, cocoa), tea has the widest drinking range and consumes the most. In order to improve the quality of tea, it has been strictly prohibited in China to use pesticides such as dicofol, which are not easily degradable. It is required to strictly prohibit the use of pesticides before tea picking. The tea garden after pesticide application must reach a safe period before picking. At present, in some developed countries and regions, the limits on pesticide residues in tea are very strict. In order to protect the health of the people and the foreign exchange earned by China's tea exports, the Ministry of Agriculture prohibits the use of pesticides (including mixed preparations) containing fenvalerate (including various isomers) on tea trees. Fenvalerate (killing pyrethroid, fast-killing and killing) is a kind of pyrethroid pesticide widely used in tea areas of China. Due to widespread insecticide, the supply is sufficient and the price is relatively low. Therefore, in tea It is widely used in production. The active ingredient content of fenvalerate pesticide is 20%, and it is used after dilution of 6000-8000 times. The residual amount in tea is obviously higher than other pyrethroid pesticides, and it has become the pesticide with the highest detection rate and the highest rate in China. one. According to the results of several field trials conducted by the Tea Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, 20% fenvalerate 6000 times liquid sprayed on tea gardens, at least 25 to 30 days, pesticide residues in tea can be reduced to the allowable standard. Such a long safety interval is not possible in tea production. To this end, the municipal, local, and county tea production authorities and the majority of tea farmers should be highly valued, and immediately stop the use of fenvalerate pesticides on tea trees. At present, a variety of pyrethroid pesticides (deltamethrin, bifenthrin, cypermethrin) can be used in tea gardens. The rational control of tea tree pests and diseases must combine agricultural control, biological control, mechanical control and chemical control to significantly improve the quality of tea.
