Grease smooth refers to the direct application of smooth grease to the moving exterior of the imported bearing; however, when inputting smooth grease to the raceway and sliding work of the rolling bearing; it is necessary to comply with the following five criteria:
.1) It is necessary for the smooth grease to penetrate the outer surface of the bearing and the internal open space of the KOYO bearing; this will make the smooth grease rich and smooth.
.2) A certain amount of smooth grease shall be stored on the surface of the rolling bearing; and the necessary moment shall be continued; however, excessive loss of smooth grease shall be avoided.
.3) The flow of smooth grease input and discharge should be in common with the sealing requirements; this is conducive to the discharge of aggressive dirt.
.4) Under the premise of ensuring outstanding smoothness; try to reduce the amount of smooth grease.
.5) Open the exit hole in the smooth grease flow to the end; so that the newly compensated smooth grease can squeeze out the old smooth grease; ensure outstanding smoothness.
