Second qualification of construction unit

2.1 Any unit that undertakes the decoration and fitting-out project for family homes shall hold the "Certificate of Construction Enterprise Qualification" issued by the construction administrative department with the scope of contracting the construction decoration project.

2.2 Party B is an enterprise legal person that has been approved by the administration of industry and commerce. Through the most recent annual inspection of the enterprise, Party B has the qualification for engaging in the decoration of civil buildings approved by the construction administrative authority, and the qualification level meets the requirements of the construction. If Party B does not have the business qualification or the corresponding qualifications, Party A has the right to terminate the contract. Party B shall immediately return the fees Party A has paid and compensate the loss.

2.3 Individual decoration and decoration practitioners undertaking family house decoration and decoration projects shall, on the basis of the employment certificates issued by the relevant competent authorities of the people’s governments at or above the township level in their respective places, their own identity cards, and temporary residence permits, designate them to the construction administrative department of the project site or its designated Institutions are registered and put on record, and the system of “registration, training assessment, skills appraisal, and holding certificates” is implemented. Article 3 Project Supervision

Article 4 Construction Drawings

Article 5 Rights and Obligations of Party A

5.1 _________ days before the start of construction, to create conditions for Party B's admission construction. All vacant or partially vacated houses shall be cleared of obstructions that affect the construction; protective measures should be taken for furniture and furnishings that are retained in houses that can only be partially vacated, so as not to affect the construction. 5.2 Dismantle the original telephone equipment before construction; provide water and power during construction, and explain the precautions for use;


5.3 Responsible for coordinating the relationship between the construction team and its neighbors;

5.4 It is forbidden to demolish the indoor load-bearing structure. If it is necessary to demolish or change the building's load-bearing, non-load-bearing structure, or to change the location of kitchens, toilets and equipment pipelines, it shall be responsible for going through the relevant approval procedures.

5.5 Participate in the supervision of project quality and construction progress and acceptance of materials entering the site and completion of the project;

5.6 The construction deposits and property management fees collected by the property management department where the project is located shall be paid by Party A (except for the pass), and Party B assists in providing the relevant materials required for property management;

5.7 If the original design unit or a design unit with a corresponding qualification level proposes a design proposal, Party A may not change the construction subject and the load-bearing structure;

5.8 Party A does not have the right to require Party B to move or reform the heating and gas pipelines;

5.9 The waste generated from house decoration and decoration shall not be randomly disposed. 5.11 Party A's renovation shall not damage the original energy-saving facilities of the house and reduce the energy-saving effect;

5.12 Without approval, Party A shall not casually wear holes in the load-bearing walls, dismantle the walls connecting the balconies and doors, expand the size of the original doors and windows, or construct additional doors and windows; do not increase the static load of the building floor, indoors, or overload the ceiling. 、Install large-scale lamps and ceiling fans; do not plan to cut the top plate at will, directly bury the wire or change the line without passing the pipe;

5.13 Without approval, Party A must not damage public facilities such as water supply and drainage, power supply, gas supply, fire protection, and communications, and must not damage other people's houses and articles.

5.14 Party A shall be responsible for the repair and compensation of pipelines, leaking water, power outages, and destruction of articles of neighboring residents due to the decoration of family homes. Party B shall be responsible for the repair and compensation provided by Party A. And compensation.

  

Article 6 Rights and Obligations of Party B

6.1 Strict implementation of the state "residential decoration project construction specification" during construction to ensure project quality, complete the project on schedule;

6.2 Units and individuals who undertake the decoration and decoration works of family rooms shall adopt necessary safety protection and fire prevention measures to ensure the safety of workers and neighboring residents.

6.3 Protect furniture and furnishings in the interior of the original room to ensure smooth flow of the upper and lower pipes in the room;

6.4 The various wastes formed by the decoration and decoration of family homes shall be stacked and removed in accordance with the location, manner and time specified by the relevant department. 6.7 The decoration materials used by Party B shall not be shoddy and falsified.

6.8 Party B's construction shall comply with the requirements of the relevant regulations, and shall not cut corners, cut down materials, or make shoddy work;

6.9 Party B shall not conduct barbaric construction and endanger the safety of the building itself;

6.10 Party B shall not mislead the tyrants or force transactions;

6.11 Party B shall not use other company names and trademarks;

6.12 Party B shall not damage the rights of residents and other business operators;

6.13 In the area where residents live, between 12:30 and 14:30, 19:00 and 7:00 the next day, Party B shall not engage in noise-producing house decoration and decoration activities.

Article 7 Project Changes
