Yunnan Furniture Industry Association recently said that through the continuous inspection of the quality of the province's furniture products for four consecutive years, the quality of the furniture products in Yunnan continued to improve, and the total pass rate of the random inspection in 2012 reached 97%.
The promulgation and implementation of the mandatory standards for children's furniture and mahogany furniture in 2012 was a transition period. Ms. Xi Hui, President of the Furniture Association, introduced that in order to improve the comprehensive quality of members and practitioners and regulate corporate behavior in accordance with the law, the Association has held six training courses of various contents, including the invitation of the Provincial Technical Supervision Bureau and the Product Quality Inspection Institute Institutions, provide product quality training to furniture production enterprises and management personnel in our province, especially the new standards implemented by the state.
