The construction party will encounter a positive angle when laying 200×300×7.8 (mm) wall tiles. According to the construction process at that time, PVC male corner strips are usually used as a transition between wall and corner paving.

However, a landlord refused to use PVC male corner strips and insisted on 45-degree chamfer cutting on the edge of the vertical brick wall at the corner of the wall.

After the treatment, obvious slats of the butt bricks appeared at the corners of the wall (the two long sides of the bricks were not straight and bent).

The customer suspects that the shoddy is full, insist on going to the kiln site to see if the two sides of the wall brick are straight when exiting the kiln.

Processing ideas

(1) For wall tiles with curved sides, since the four corners of the brick are straight, after being laid on the wall, no obvious unevenness can occur at the joints of the bricks.

After the entire wall is laid, it is not a problem to measure the flatness of the wall with a 2 meter ruler, because the ruler contacts are mostly close to the height of the center of the brick. As long as the heights of the central parts of the bricks are substantially the same, the surface flatness test can be passed. However, when the wall tiles are attached to the corners of the corners of the wall, if the PVC corners are not used for construction, and the 45 degree chamfers are used for the butt joints, the edge bend defects of the bricks are exposed.

(2) After consulting the production and shipping records, it is known that the product was transported away on the day of the kiln. It should be that the product has been bent in the direction of the side length and has not been rebounded.

(3) According to the standard GB/T4100-1992 set by the state at that time, if it is stacked in the warehouse for a few days and then shipped, the edge curvature of this batch of products should be no problem. But for special customers, especially for subsequent orders, this problem must be solved.

To this end, we found the "200 × 300 × 7.8 (mm) wall brick bending degree experimental record", on this basis, the surface flatness of the wall brick was adjusted.

Note: All data is obtained under the same test site, test site, test equipment, test bricks. In addition, according to the experimental results of the experiment: when the rebound of the edge curvature is terminated, the water-immersed brick within one hour has little effect on the surface flatness.

(4) According to the idea of ​​lowering the temperature of the nozzle under the roller at the end of the holding zone and raising the temperature of the nozzle on the roller: firstly carefully check the supply ratio of the combustion air and the liquefied gas at each nozzle of the holding zone, including whether the cooling air needs to be carefully checked. Directly blowing the thermocouple to the temperature measuring thermocouple, thereby causing the nozzle to work with the maximum gas supply amount; then gradually reducing the gas supply amount of the nozzle under the end roller of the holding zone; if necessary, increasing the gas supply amount of the nozzle on the roller at the same time Reduce direct cooling air volume.
