The overall block diagram of a pressure alarm system based on a single-chip microcomputer is shown in the figure below. It is divided into the following modules: SCM control module, AD conversion module, alarm module, display module. The temperature detection module uses an ADC0808 converter. In the simulation, a sliding rheostat is used to replace the output voltage signal. The display module uses a dynamic digital display tube. The chip acts as a display to show the temperature signal detected in real time. The alarm module is divided into speaker alarms. When the pressure is higher than the set pressure value, the buzzer emits an alarm.

System working principle
The pressure to be measured is 0-150N. The AT89C51 microcontroller is used as the central controller. The sensor is replaced by a sliding rheostat to change the resistance of the resistor. The analog voltage analog signal is input to the A/D converter for conversion, and then the A/D conversion is performed. The digital signal is output through the OUT port and then input to the P1.0-P1.7 port of the AT89C51 microcontroller. The MCU outputs the signal from the P0 port to the LED display module after processing through the set program. The LED displays the corresponding pressure value.
When the pressure display is lower than 60N, the P3.0 port of the microcontroller is high and the voltage of the two ends of the alarm indicator is not conducting, so the indicator light does not alarm; when the resistance of the sliding rheostat reaches or exceeds the set value (ie, when the LED When the display pressure is greater than or equal to 60), the P3.0 port of the microcontroller will change from high level to low level to make the voltage turn on and the red light to alarm.
