Design requirements

7. Protective trousers Protective trousers should provide protection for firefighters' lower limbs and legs, but does not include shins and feet.
8. Reflective signs with reflective signs should be firmly sewn in protective clothing coats and trousers, split protective clothing at the bust, hem, cuffs, trousers at the seam width should not be less than 50mm reflective marking tape. The setting of reflective strips should be visible at 360°.

11. Accessories
a) All hardware should be free of spots, nodules or sharp edges. And by anti-corrosion treatment;

c) The front placket of the protective jacket should use a zipper no less than No. 8 and the color match with the outer fabric;
d) Elastic bands should be used for the protective trousers.
Fabric properties
Outer layer
The length of the damage of the flame-retardant performance shall not be greater than 100mm, and the afterflame time shall not be greater than 2s, and there shall be no phenomenon of melting or dripping.
The surface moisture resistance of the water level should not be less than 3 levels.
The breaking strength and the zonal dry breaking strength should not be less than 650N.
Tear strength by force, weft tear strength should not be less than 100N.
After the thermal stability is tested with the thermal stability of 260°C±5°C, the dimensional change rate along the warp and weft directions should not exceed 10%, and the surface of the sample has no obvious change.
The mass per unit area mass shall be ± 5% of the nominal amount provided by the fabric supplier. 5.2.1.7 Color fastness Washable stain should not be less than grade 3, water-resistant friction should not be less than grade 3.
2. Waterproof breathable layer
Hydrostatic pressure resistance to hydrostatic pressure should not be less than 17Kpa.
Permeable vapor performance Water vapor transmission should not be less than 5000g/(m2?24h).
After the thermal stability can be tested with the thermal stability of 180°C±5°C, the dimensional change rate along the warp and weft directions should not exceed 5%, and the surface of the sample should not change significantly.
3. Insulation

5. Reflective sign belt
Heat resistance at a temperature of 260°C ± 5°C. After 5 minutes of testing, the surface of the reflective material should be free of carbonization and shedding. The coefficient of retroreflection should not be less than 70% of the value specified in Table 2.
The flame-retarding performance shall not be greater than 2s, and there shall be no melting or dripping phenomenon.
After washing 25 times, there should be no damage, loss or discoloration.
After the high and low temperature performance of high and low temperature test, the reflective mark belt should not be broken, wrinkled, or twisted.
Appearance Quality
a) All parts are flattened, clean, free of hot yellow, water stains, and bright light;
b) The collar is flat and does not curl up;
c) The symmetric parts are basically the same;
d) The adhesive lining is not allowed to have degumming and surface bleeding;
e) The label is in the correct position and the number sign is accurate and clear.
