What are the characteristics of the test transformer?

Four major structural features of dry test transformers:

3, Insulation structure layout, according to the displacement oil "distance effect" principle, the use of multi-level insulation, the insulation of the transformer is divided into multiple oil channels, thereby increasing the degree of insulation, reducing the volume.

4. Solved the leakage problem of the dry test transformer. Because the dry test transformer has no oil reservoir, when the air temperature is too high, the oil seeps through the expansion nozzle and the oil hole is set in the casing. At the top, the oil in the casing communicates with the oil in the body. Therefore, besides functions such as installing silicon stacks, short-circuit rods, and string pipes, the casing is also equivalent to a transformer oil reservoir.
