Sealing machine maintenance and troubleshooting

1. After daily work, the blade must be cleaned and maintained with a wire brush and a release agent. The moving parts must be always lubricated.

2. The contact surface of the blade, that is, the silica gel strip, should be protected. If it is found that the outer layer of the high-temperature lacquer burns, it should be replaced immediately.

3. Replace the sealing blade, loosen the clamping jaws of the pressure-sealing blade, remove the sealing blade, clean the blade groove (be careful not to damage the blade groove, replace the old blade as a cleaning tool), and install a new blade Place the slot and press it tightly. Fix both ends of the blade inside the blade fixing clamp, press the spring and fix the screw.

4. If the sealer cannot seal the film or the sealing effect is not good, it may be due to the following reasons:

● There is no voltage at both ends of the sealing blade (The sealing transformer is damaged or the connection line is open, reconnected or replaced)

● The power supply voltage is too low (put the input power supply for voltage regulation)

● Improper adjustment of seal cutting time or damage of time relay (recondition or replace)
