Engine oil inspection:
Check the oil and oil level before running every day
1. When checking the oil, stop it and place it on a horizontal plane.
2. Loosen the oil scale and wipe it clean.
3. Insert the oil dipstick into the oil filling port, but do not tighten it to see if the oil level is between the upper and lower scales. If the amount of oil is too low, add the prescribed oil as appropriate.
4. Replace and tighten the oil dipstick.
Oil replacement:
To achieve the desired results, your small engine should be replaced after 25 hours of first use or after the first month of initial use, and then every 50 hours or every three months.
1. Warm up the engine for 2-3 minutes and turn off the engine. Warning: Make sure to disconnect the spark plug wire and keep it away from the spark plug to prevent accidental start. Clean the oil filler port and the oil drain cock to prevent dirt and debris from falling into the crankcase
2. Put an oil box under the engine
3. Loosen and remove the oil drain bolt to release the oil
4. Use the hand to pull the starter several times to help all residual oil to drain out

In order to achieve the ideal running effect of the engine, it is recommended to use the certified special engine oil of Loncin engine. It is recommended to use SAE 10W-30 oil. When the temperature in your area is within the range shown in the chart, other viscosity oils can be used.
Inspection and replacement of spark plugs
Please replace the spark plug every 100 hours or every 6 months. Replacing the spark plug has the following advantages:
Ensure continuous sparking, more reliable starting and more fuel saving
1. Remove the spark plug cap and remove the surrounding debris
2. Remove the spark plug with the spark plug sleeve wrench supplied with the vehicle
3. Use a soldering iron to remove the spark plug carbon deposits, and use a brush to remove debris on the spark plug
4. Check whether the spark plug electrode is ablated, if there is ablation, the spark plug should be replaced
5. Check the spark plug gap with a thick gauge and adjust the spark plug gap to 0.7-0.8mm
6. Check the gasket on the spark plug, if it is severely deformed or broken, it should be replaced
7. Spark check: start the engine by hand, check the color of the spark, the spark should be blue and white
8. When tightening the spark plug, in order to prevent thread damage, the spark plug should be screwed into place by hand first, and then tightened with the spark plug sleeve.
Attention to battery maintenance: Do not connect the positive and negative poles of the battery in reverse, otherwise it will cause short circuit burning of the circuit and seriously damage the battery and the engine.
Use of new batteries
1. Add electrolyte to the new battery, add the liquid level to the upper scale line
2. Charge after 30 minutes of placement for 30-60 minutes
3. Install the + pole (red) first, then install the-pole (green), and apply butter to the terminal.
Battery maintenance
1. Each electric start should not exceed 5 seconds, if it fails to start for 3 consecutive times, check the starting and ignition system.
2. Check the battery level once a month, and add distilled water in time when it falls below the lower mark.
3. If the battery is not used for a long time, the battery should be removed and charged and placed in a ventilated and dry place, and charged once a month.
