Torque Motor, also translated as a torque motor, is essentially a low-speed, high-torque servo motor. It is classified into DC, brushless DC, and sinusoidal AC. The torque motor has a large number of poles, so the speed is generally only one hundred to several hundred revolutions. The rotor of the torque motor directly drives the movement of the rotating part. It has no intermediate transmission link. It is a non-contact transmission with no backlash and no wear. With high-precision encoder, encoder-level accuracy can be achieved. Fourth, the development and application of torque motors The torque motor is a mature product abroad, and the country is still in its infancy. The products using torque motors are not currently used in China, and the price is the biggest constraint. Secondly, some system parameters are not open. The best way to reduce prices is to increase production; at present, several companies in China are committed to the production of torque motors, which will force foreign products to cut prices, thus promoting the consumer market.
The development and production system of foreign products can be used for reference. For example, CyTec cooperates with Achen University to set up a special torque motor research institute to directly inject technology into production, and the company returns profits to research institutions for further research. The reason why CyTec can compete with some big companies is mainly due to the technical background of Achen University.
