The focus of the maintenance is to replace the lubricating oil, lubricate the parts, and tighten the bolts. After the end of the run-off period, a secondary maintenance is performed.
2. Seasonal maintenance
Small cranes should be renewed for maintenance every summer or before winter. The focus is on the combustion system, hydraulic system, cooling system and start-up system. According to the actual situation, we need to do the following work: replace the fuel oil and hydraulic oil, adjust the relative density of the battery electrolyte, take measures to prevent cold or cool down, and clean the cooling system.
3. Disable maintenance
Decommissioning should be carried out when small cranes need to be deactivated for a period of time due to seasonal factors (such as winter breaks). Mainly do a good job of cleaning, plastic surgery, supporting, anti-corrosion.
4. Sealing and maintenance
Sealing and maintenance should be carried out in strict accordance with the storage requirements to reduce the erosion of long-term storage equipment by natural climate.
