Optical brightener properties:
Optical brightener OB is a kind of benzole compound,lt is odorless, hard to dissolve in water,Â
soluble in paraffin,fat,mineral oil,wax and common organic solvents. It can be used for whitening thermoplastic plastics,PVC,PS,PE,PP,ABS,Acetate fiber,paint,coating,printing ink,etc.It can be added at any stage in the process of whitening the polymers and make the finished products emitta bright bluish white glaze.It can also be used as special marks in identify fatless material if used in printing ink.
Optical brightener application:
1) Suitable for whitening and brightening polypropylene plastic,hard PVC, ABS,EVA, polystyrene, Â Â polycarbonate, etc.
2) Suitable for whitening chemical fibers,such as the polyester fibre,nylon fiber,polypropylene fiber and so on.
3) Suitable to be added into the conventional polymerization of polyester and nylon.
4)Â Especially suitable for whitening the plastics of elevated temperature compaction.
Dosage:
Put OB-1 brightener into every 1000kg materiel.
1. The add-on amount of EVA, polypropylene,nylon and polycarbonate is 75-200g.
2. The add-on amount of terylene fiber is 75-300g.
3. The add-on amount of benzene is 25-50g.
