Actively build an industrial technology platform to promote the local transformation of scientific research results. Not long ago, Dongchangfu District organized two enterprises in the jurisdiction to declare the Liaocheng Superhard Materials Engineering Technology Research Center and the Liaocheng Paper Machine Engineering Technology Research Center. Up to now, the district has been approved to form the municipal level or above. There are 23 scientific and technological condition platforms, including 20 engineering technology research centers above the municipal level (including 3 provincial centers), 3 municipal key laboratories, and 1 municipal enterprise technology innovation alliance.

At present, there are 6 provincial-level high-tech enterprises in the district, ranking first in the city, and 20 high-tech products listed in the province's high-tech product catalogue code. 24 enterprises are included in the statistics of the high-tech industry output value of the provincial statistics department. In the first half of this year, the output value of high-tech industries in Dongchangfu District is expected to reach 3.8 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 26.25%.
