First, engineering design
1. The engineering design must be calculated and tested for strength design. The production, installation, and acceptance are only based on the standard atlas and the type inspection report provided by the profile manufacturer. This is an erroneous and even dangerous behavior. Because the standard atlas is only a partial diagram of a certain series of windows, it does not indicate the load that the construction can bear according to the diagram, so it cannot be used as the basis for production, installation and acceptance. For different series of doors and windows, the strength or deflection check or test must be carried out according to the principle of less stress.
2. The strength and stiffness of landing doors and windows are generally insufficient, and the main force columns (beams) in them should be strengthened.
3. When the height of doors and windows of high-rise buildings exceeds 30M, it shall be carried out in accordance with GB50057 "Lightning Protection Design Code for Buildings".
Second, the choice of materials
1. Aluminum alloy profiles must meet the requirements of GB/T5237-2000 Aluminum Alloy Building Profiles.
2. The selection and configuration of hardware accessories is one of the important factors for ensuring the quality of doors and windows. Even a window with excellent performance must be guaranteed by the selection and configuration of high-quality accessories.
3. The pulleys, tops, anti-shedding sealers, and lower seal blocks for sliding doors and windows are accessories that ensure the quality of sliding doors and windows. Pulleys are the key to the smooth opening and closing of doors and windows. Roller-bearing nylon wheels should be used. The anti-stripping sealer is a safety measure to prevent the window sash from falling off, and at the same time, it has a sealing function between the hook and the upper slide. The ABS plastic and the EPDM rubber with good durability should be used. The lower sealing block plays a sealing role between the hooking rate and the glide path, and can effectively prevent the splashing phenomenon under the effect of the fluctuating load. The EPDM rubber should be used. Tops are the seals of window sashes and window frames, which determine the airtightness of doors and windows. Common chemical fiber slivers will curl and lose their sealing effect. Silicone tops must be used.
4, hinged doors and windows hinges (or sliding window friction hinges), handles, box seals between the sealant is to ensure that the quality of flat doors and windows is an important accessory. The bearing capacity of the hinge (or friction hinge of the sliding window) is the key to the safety of the doors and windows and the smoothness of the opening and closing. The bearing capacity of the hinge is stronger than that of the friction hinge, so the hinge can make a larger window sash For use, friction hinges are only suitable for smaller windows or top-hung windows. Handle important accessories related to safety and sealing performance of doors and windows. The ordinary handle is only applicable to sashes with smaller grids and loads. The European multi-point handle is suitable for sashes with large grids and loads. Use; The sealing strip between the framed fan is the guarantee of the airtightness and watertightness of the flat open door and window, the sealing effectiveness of the original PVC strip is about 5 years, and the regenerated PVC strip does not have the sealing effectiveness. It is desirable to use a weather resistant rubber such as EPDM.
5. The model, specification and performance of hardware accessories shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standards.
6. Structural adhesives and weather-resistant adhesives used for concealed frame windows should be tested for compatibility with profiles and glass prior to use.
Third, processing
1. The processing of aluminum doors and windows should be carried out in the factory and must not be made on the construction site.
2. The drainage hole on the sliding window chute should be processed according to the principles of the inner and outer fan inner holes to ensure the sealing performance of the doors and windows, especially the sliding door with horizontal horizontal top.
3, before the assembly of aluminum doors and windows, should remove the end of processing burrs, end nodes and profile joints must take waterproof tape and other sealing measures to prevent structural water seepage.
4. Hidden frame window structure assembly assemblies must be made and maintained in a clean room.
It is necessary to remove dust, grease, and other contaminants from the surfaces of the glass and aluminum frame with a solvent. Every clean of one component or glass, the clean dry cloth should be replaced. The solvent should be poured onto the cloth. Do not touch the solvent bottle with the cloth. mouth. The glue must be full and no bubbles or leakages should occur. The surface of the glue joint should be smooth and smooth; the remaining glue that receives the glue joint must not be reused.
Fourth, installation, product protection
1. Check the shape and position accuracy of the doors and windows before installation. Check the number and location of the pre-embedded concrete in accordance with the design requirements. Check whether the high-rise windows are connected to the lightning protection belt according to the regulations. For unqualified parts, the construction unit should be supervised and urged. Reorganization.
2. The doors and windows of the oxide material caulked with cement mortar should be preserved before the wall. Except for the outer wall, the other surfaces of the window frame are protected with adhesive tape or plastic tape. There must be no adhesive tape or plastic tape on the wall surface to avoid water seepage in the joint.
3, doors and windows on the wall after the use of wooden wedges to adjust the positioning, and then fixed with a nail, can not be fixed with nails, wooden wedges. Before the caulking, the supervising unit (or construction unit) shall be required to make a concealed project acceptance record, and check the vertical, horizontal and diagonal lines of the doors and windows, and the wooden wedge shall not be left in the seam after caulking.
4. Waterproof glue between window frame and wall must be done after the wall is dry. If the wall is not dry and the dust is not removed, the water vapor released from the wall will invalidate the seal.
5. After the wet operation is completed, remove the protective tape or plastic tape and the dirt from the window frame before installing the glass and sash.
6. After installation of glass and sashes, check whether the fittings are leak-proof, the installation is firm, and the window sashes are open and closed flexibly. Before the acceptance, open the fenestration windows should be closed to prevent the window sash from being damaged due to the storm.
7. Before the acceptance, the aluminum doors and windows shall be cleaned and self-inspected, and the corrosive cleaning agents for aluminum profiles, glass and hardware accessories shall not be used; the problems arising from self-inspection shall be promptly rectified.
V. Project acceptance
1. Acceptance of aluminum doors and windows project shall be carried out in accordance with GB50300 "Unified Standard for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Building Engineering" and GB50210 "Quality Acceptance Criteria for Building Decoration Engineering".
2. The acceptance of the aluminum doors and windows project shall be based on the acceptance of the concealed project and the self-check of the construction unit.
3, the project inspection should check the following documents and records:
3.1 Door and Window Production Licenses and Installation Qualification Certificates.
3.2 Engineering design calculation books, design specifications, construction drawings, inspection reports of doors and windows, aluminum doors and windows product quality certificate, concealed project acceptance records, installation and construction self-inspection records, and product certifications for aluminum profiles, glass, sealing materials, and hardware accessories , Quality Assurance Documents and Acceptance Record, among which aluminum profiles, safety glass and structural adhesives should also provide reinspection reports.
3.3 Hidden frame windows shall also provide the compatibility test report of structural adhesives and weatherproof adhesives, and the temperature and humidity records of the glue and maintenance environment. Domestic rubber should provide product production certification, imported rubber should be supplier inspection certificate.
Sixth, special attention should be paid to the installation and construction of coastal areas
Due to the large amount of saline and alkaline contained in the coastal areas, there are some areas that have not been treated with desalinated sea sand that are forbidden to be used by national standards. Corrosion problems of aluminum alloy doors and windows are serious and should be given special attention. In addition to the above procedures, the following procedures should also be strictly followed:
1. The aluminum doors and windows brought into the construction site should be placed in a well-ventilated, dry and clean warehouse.
2. The height of the sleeper surface of the place to be placed above the ground should be ≥100mm, each pile should not exceed 15 樘 (fan), and a soft material levelling should be applied between each 樘 (fan) to prevent crushing and between aluminum alloy and hardware. Frictional damage to the protective film on the surface of the profile.
3, door and window openings must have a drip line, should be tested before installation. Because the rainwater flowing through the wall made of sea sand is highly corrosive, it must be guarded against.
4, the installation of iron sheet should adopt the card type, to minimize the destruction of the protective layer of aluminum alloy processing.
5. The aluminum alloy section joint is sealed with a neutral gel to prevent rainwater from entering the inner cavity without a protective layer. As a rule of thumb, corrosion usually begins in the interior without a protective layer.
6. After the interior and exterior decoration is completed, tear off the protective tape and clean the doors and windows. Do not use corrosive liquids and hard objects to clean the doors and windows so as not to damage the surface paint film.
7, important tips:
1) Aluminum is an active metal. The damage of the protective layer is not corrosion-resistant, and it is prone to corrosion. The necessary measures should be taken to strengthen the protection of the paint film on the surface of the profile.
2) Water is the source of corrosion, and rainwater should be prevented from entering the cavity of an aluminum alloy profile without corrosion resistance.
